Affordable Housing Options for Students
We offer different payment options based on your needs.
Option 1: For three students living in a house, the rate is $600 per month for each student, with no utilities included
Per Semester at this rate: $3,000
Option 2: For three students living in a house, the rate is $700 per month for each student, with all utilities, wifi, and trash removal included
Per Semester at this rate: $3,500
Option 3: For 1, 2, or 4 renters in a house, different rates are available
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rentals
Both homes are available for daily or weekly rentals through Airbnb. The houses are both fully furnished and have 3 to 4 bedrooms, and can sleep 6 to 8 people. The properties have full kitchens and a washer and dryer. Each property has 1.5 bathrooms and a large back yard. Book your next Bonas adventure with us!
Great Locations
Both homes are located about halfway between the SBU campus and downtown Allegany. One house is located right on Main Street, and the other is located right behind Main Street on Oak Street between 6th and 7th Street.
Amenities
The home on 81 East Main Street comes mostly furnished and I install air conditioners in the summertime. The house on 24 Oak Street has central air and is also handicapped accessible. Both homes have large back yards for outdoor activities and games. The house on Oak Street has a large fenced in back yard. Both homes are also furnished with a washer and a dryer.
